This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard Mr. B.P. Samal, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. K.K. Gaya, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The grievance of the petitioners is that though they have been working as Anganwadi Supervisors for more than six years, their service are not being regularized in spite of Resolution dtd. 17.09.2013 of the G.A. Department and in tune of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the Case of State of Karnataka Versus Uma Devi (3) reported in (2006) 4 SCC 1 and the order of this Court dtd. 09.09.2021 in W.P. (C) No. 19951 of 2020. 4.

Admittedly, the petitioners have not ventilated their grievances before the Authority.

Taking into account the nature of the relief sought for, this Court feel that, the petitioners' interest would be best served, if at this juncture, they make a detailed representation to the Opposite Party No.1- the Secretary to Government, Women and Child Development Department, Bhubaneswar, who is said to be the administrative head, referring to the orders of the Apex Court and this Court adverted to above within a period of three weeks hence.

If such a representation along with the certified copy of this order is filed, the Opposite Party No.1 is called upon to consider and dispose of the same within a further period of three months from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order.

With such direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. 8.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
