This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Informant. 3.

Learned counsel for the Informant submits the Bank Statements, which be taken on record after serving a copy thereof on the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Upon perusal of the orders passed earlier by this Court and further taking into consideration the facts matrix as revealed from the record, this Court is of the view that the matter can be resolved amicably through mediation if the parties sit and discuss together. 5.

In such view of the matter, both the parties are directed to appear before the Coordinator, Orissa High Court Mediation Centre on 21st September, 2022 along with the certified copy of this order.

// 2 // On their appearance, the Coordinator shall appoint a trained Mediator to resolve the dispute amicably through mediation. It is open for the Mediator to fix more sittings, if required for the purpose of settlement of the dispute. The report of the Mediator be placed before this Court on the next date.

List this matter in the week commencing on 10th October, 2022.

As an interim measure it is directed that, till the next date the Petitioner shall not be arrested in connection with Singla P.S. Case No.211 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.761 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Basta.
