This application has been filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 24 read with Section 151 of C.P.C. for transfer of C.P. No.20 of 2022 filed by the opp. party-husband under Section 13 (1) (i-a) & (i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act for dissolution of marriage in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack, to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in the District of Khurda. 3.

Mr. Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo in Court today for withdrawing this transfer petition with liberty to file an application afresh and submits that the petitioner instead of filing an amendment application, wants to withdraw this transfer petition and file a fresh application incorporating the developments which have been taken place in the meanwhile. 4.

In view of the above submission, the TRP (C) is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application incorporating subsequent developments which have taken place.
