1. In view of the settled position in law as explained by the Supreme Court of India in Sakiri Vasu v. State of U.P. AIR 2008 SC 907, reiterated in Sudhir Bhaskarrao Tambe v. Hemant Yashwant Dhage (2016) 6 SCC 277 the Appellant has always the remedy of approaching the concerned Court in terms of Section 200 Cr PC.
