This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.

Heard Mr.S.Hota, learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

At the outset on oral prayer, Mr.Hota, learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to correct the cause title in Court today.

Mr. Hota submits that the petitioners have filed a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. praying for maintenance which is pending before the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar styled as CRP No. 132 of 2020. In that case the petitioners have filed I.A. No. 1 of 2020 praying for grant of interim maintenance. He further submits that though the opposite party has appeared in that case and filed his objection to the above noted Interlocutory Application however till date the matter has not been taken up. In such backgrounds, he prays that a direction be issued to learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar to dispose of I.A. No. 1 of 2020 within a specific time period. 5.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court

// 2 // directs the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar to dispose of I.A. No. 1 of 2020 arising out of CRP No. 132 of 2020 in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.

Accordingly, this CRLMP is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
