Mr. Mohanty, at the outset, states that the Order No.
order dated 11.12.2013 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.25469 of 2013 have since been complied with as the Government has passed a speaking order dated 15.09.2018 declining the prayer of the petitioner to place him as Reader w.e.f. 01.06.2000 instead of 01.06.2022, for which the petitioner has a separate remedy.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a Memo dated 22.11.2022 in Court today stating therein that the petitioner be permitted to withdrawn the contempt petition. The Memo be kept on record.
