This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification of the cause title of the bail application.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that inadvertently in the cause title of the anticipatory bail application, the father's name of petitioner no.3 has not been reflected and therefore, the same may be reflected as 'Sk.Hidayat Alli' and so far as petitioner no.4 Masida Bibi is concerned, her husband's name has been wrongly mentioned as 'Sk.Samin' instead of 'Sk.Sakir' and as

// 2 // such, the same may be reflected in the cause title of the application.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the father of petitioner no.3 be read as 'Sk.Hidayat Alli' and the husband of petitioner no.4 be read as 'Sk.Sakir' instead of 'Sk.Samin'. The date of surrender of the petitioners as fixed in the order dated 10.05.2022 is extended till 16th September 2022. I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
