1. There is a delay of 221 days in filing the present appeal against the impugned judgment dated 24th February, 2015 of the learned Single Judge.
2. The explanation given is that the Appellant was suffering from jaundice between 3rd April and 31st October, 2015. The medical certificate enclosed is not convincing. Accordingly, the Court is not inclined to condone the delay in filing the appeal and the application is dismissed. Consequently, the appeal is dismissed. (Dr. S.
