This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner, who is the Informant in Olatpur P.S. Case No.75(7) dated 20th September, 2013, with a prayer to quash the order dated 4th January, 2014 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Rural, Cuttack in G.R. Case No.1211 of 2013, whereby the learned J.M.F.C, Rural, Cuttack accepting the Final Form submitted by the Investigating Officer, has closed the case.

During course of hearing, Mr. R.C. Pradhan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instruction, submits that by efflux of time, the CRLMC has become infructuous. 3.

In view of such submission, this CRLMC is dismissed as infructous.
