The petitioner files this writ petition seeking to quash the notice dated 01.08.2014 under Annexure-16 and the advertisement dated 06.08.2014 under Annexure-17.

Since the period of contract has already been over by efflux of time, the prayer made in this writ petition has become infructuous. However, if cause of action still survives, the petitioner may approach the authority concerned for redressal of his grievance. 5.
