1. Learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party No.4 informs the Court that four encroachment cases have been initiated and now pending before the Tahasildar, Bhadrak.

2. In that view of the matter, a direction is issued to the Tahasildar, Bhadrak to expeditiously dispose of the said encroachment cases, preferably, within a period of six months from today.

3. Copy of this order be produced before the Tahasildar, Bhadrak by the Petitioners on 9th January, 2023.
