This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

The writ petition has been filed with an innocuous prayer for a direction to the Opposite Parties to supply the certified copy of entire D.P.C. proceeding held in the month of December, 2021 for promotion in favour of the Petitioner pursuant to his copy application dated 17.01.2022 under Annexure-1. 4.
It is stated by learned counsel for the Petitioner that although the application for certified copy dated 17.01.2022 has been submitted, the Authority has not taken any decision on such application. It is further submitted that the Authority may accept or reject his application, but no order has been passed on the application of the Petitioner.

In such view of the matter, this Court directs Opposite Party Nos.1 to 3 to immediately take a decision and act on the application of the Petitioned under Annexure-1 within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
