Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the petition; the order dated 30.06.2022 stands modified to the extent that in the 7th and 8th line of paragraph three of the order, the name of the court "J.M.F.C., Jagatsinghpur" be substituted by "J.M.F.C., Tirtol".

Necessary correction be carried out in the bail order. 6.

In view of the above correction, the petitioners are permitted to surrender before the court below within three weeks from today. 7.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
