Mr. Sahoo, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client had made application dated 7th September, 2021 for victim compensation before the District Legal Services Authority, Nayagarh. The application has not been dealt with. 2.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, some time be given for the authority to consider and deal with the application. 3.

Opposite party no.2 is directed to deal with and dispose of petitioner's said application dated 7th September, 2021 within six weeks of communication. The result of the application must be made known to the petitioner, within that time.
