None appears on behalf of the Petitioner when the matter is called.

It appears that the bail application is pending since 17.05.2016. On perusal of the order sheet, it appears that on 29.11.2017 the matter was listed for the last time and none appeared for the Petitioner.

Considering such facts, the BLAPL is dismissed for default. However, it is open for the Petitioner to revive the same if the cause of action survives.
