It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 12870 of 2014 (Madhusmita Dash v. State of Orissa and others and batch), which have been dismissed vide order dated 07.04.2022 by this Court. 4.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 07.04.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 12870 of 2014 (Madhusmita Dash v. State of Orissa and others and batch), this writ petition stands dismissed in terms of the said order.
