This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner challenging the notice dated 11th March, 2022 issued by the Customer Service Manager, Marshaghai, KED-II, TPCODL for disconnection of power supply without any inquiry and without proper assessment and also without considering her pending representation.

It appears that the Petitioner has given notice of disconnection for outstanding amount of Rs.4380.00.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is now ready and willing to pay the aforesaid outstanding amount with regular in installments. 6.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court directs that if the Petitioner goes on paying the regular bill along with 1/10th amount outstanding demanded every month, no disconnection of the power supply to the house of the Petitioner shall be made.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
