During course of hearing, Mr. Mishra wants to withdraw this writ petition as he wants to file an appeal under the relevant provisions of Odisha Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1951 for redressal of the grievances of the petitioners. 3.

Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
