The Petitioner's representation under Annexure-6 will be examined by the Director of Fisheries, Cuttack (Opposite Party No.3) and after giving him a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 5th December, 2022. A copy of the order be made available to the Petitioner within a week thereafter. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
