Heard Mr. D.K. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. K.K. Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 2.

Earlier the Petitioners had preferred CRLMC No.731 of 2003 which was dismissed by this court on merit as per order dated 20th August, 2015.

The selfsame order being challenged subsequently in the present petition, I do not find the present CRLMC is maintainable and as such, the same is dismissed.
