2. The Petitioner had availed a sum of ₹31 lakhs as a term loan for construction of a house building vide sanction letter dated 25.03.2011. Due to default in payments the loan account was declared NPA on 02.05.2013 and a demand notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 (in short 'the Act, 2002') was issued on 20.04.2021. The recovery process under the Act, 2002 had culminated into issuance of a auction sale notice dated 01.03.2022 fixing the auction sale of the secured asset on 31.03.2022.
4. At the time hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present writ petition as the loan account has since been liquidated on deposit of the required amounts.

5. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
