Heard Mr.Sk. Ruplal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Nanda, learned Addl. Government Advocate.

In this present application the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the Inspector-in-Charge, Bhogarai Police Station (opposite party No.3) to carry out the order dated 4.3.2022 passed by the Court of Gram Nayalaya, Bhograi in C.T. No. 59 of 2022.

On instruction Mr.Nanda, learned Addl. Government Advocate submits that the order dated 4.3.2022 passed by the Court of Gram Nayalaya, Bhograi in C.T. No. 59 of 2022 has been quashed by this Court on 5.5.2022 in CRLMC No. 992 of 2022.

In such background, the prayer as made here by the petitioner can no more be entertained.

Accordingly, the CRLMP is dismissed.
