This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate.

The Petitioner has filed the present writ application seeking a direction to the Collector, Bolangir-Opposite Party No.3 to consider the case of appointment of the Petitioner under Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme within a stipulated period. 4.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has filed a representation before the Collector, Balangir, Opposite Party No.3 on 05.01.2022 and further submits that a direction be issued to the Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law keeping in view Annexure-3 and 4 to the writ application, within a stipulated period of time. 5.
Considering the submissions made, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Party No.3 to consider
// 2 // the representation of the Petitioner dated 05.01.2022 under Annexure-5 in accordance with law keeping in view Annexures 3 & 4 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.3 is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order and the decision taken on the representation of the Petitioner shall be communicated to the Petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application is disposed of.
