This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "It is therefore humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the case, call for the records and after hearing both the parties pass the following reliefs;

i) To direct the opposite parties to fix the pay of the petitioner under ORSP Rules, 2017.

ii) To direct the opposite parties to release the arrear salary consequent upon fixation of the pay of the petitioner under ORSP Rules, 2017 with 18% interest.

And, pass such other order/orders as may be deemed fit and proper for the interest of justice."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has not approached the departmental authority.

Accordingly, he prays for liberty be given to the petitioner to approach before the authority by filing a detailed representation highlighting the grievances of the petitioner to which learned counsel for the State submits that as such, he has no objection. 5.

In such view of the matter and limited nature of grievance, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation highlighting his grievances along with copies of the relevant documents in support of his claim before the Chief District Medical and Public Health Officer, Sambalpur-Opposite Party No.3 within a period of two weeks from today. In the event such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, while considering the case of the petitioner, the same shall be disposed by passing a speaking and reasoned order within a period of eight weeks months from the date of filing of fresh representation. Any decision taken on the same shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two week thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
