Petitioner sought for quashment of the further proceeding in G.R. Case No.283 of 2015, arising out of Jankia P.S. Case No.37 of 2015, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Khurda.

Considering the facts and submissions made, I am not inclined to quash the proceeding against the Petitioners. However, it is directed that the court below shall see whether any offence is made out against the Petitioners on the basis of materials on record and commit the matter to the appropriate court. On receipt of the same, appropriate court shall consider and dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months thereafter.
