1. Since this appeal is filed against an interim order of stay passed by the Customs, Excise & Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Kolkata and the main appeal is pending, the only direction that the Court is inclined to issue at this stage is to request the CESTAT to dispose of the main appeal itself, i.e., Excise Appeal No.121 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible and within six months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.

2. The appeal is accordingly disposed of. A certified copy of this order be sent to the CESTAT, East Regional Bench, Kolkata by the Registry forthwith.
