This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press this application at this juncture with liberty to file a fresh bail application in the event trial is not concluded within a stipulated period. 3.

Considering such submission, the bail application is disposed of with a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, failing which it is open for the Petitioner to move a fresh bail application and in the event such a bail application is filed, the same shall be considered without being influenced by any other factor.

The BLAPL is disposed of with the aforesaid observation. 5.
