Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2021 in connection with Rambha P.S. Case No.548 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1596 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote for the alleged commission of offence under Section 302/34 of IPC.

It is alleged that four persons committed the murder of the deceased by assaulting him with deadly weapons. The name of the petitioner does not find place in the FIR. It is submitted that he was implicated in the case on the statement of co-accused, Murali Reddy. There is no other material showing his complicity in the alleged occurrence.

Considering the submissions as above, materials on record and the period of detention in custody, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall

personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
