1. If the representation dated 2nd August, 2013 of the Petitioner has not yet been disposed of, it shall be examined on the administrative side of the High Court and a reasoned decision thereon shall be conveyed to the Petitioner not later than 2nd May, 2022. If aggrieved by such decision, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
