Since the tender is of the year 2014 and the said period has already expired in the meantime, the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time. However, if any cause of action still survives, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum as per the terms of the agreement itself.

With the above liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
