Heard Mr. C.R. Lenka, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel for State - Opposite Party.

The Petitioner is the accused added under Section 319 Cr.P.C. in Criminal Trial (Sessions) No.05 of 2002 / 60 of 2001 in the court of Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Kamakhyanagar by order dated 13th December, 2006. Challenging the same, Petitioner earlier filed Criminal Revision No.1081 of 2006 before this Court which was dismissed by order dated 9th April, 2010.

Presently, after 16 years of the date of passing of the impugned order, the Petitioner has again approached under Section 482 Cr.P.C challenging continuance of criminal proceeding against him as well as the order of the trial court adding him as an accused under Section 319 Cr.P.C.

In the circumstances narrated above, I do not see any scope to entertain the challenge of the Petitioner.

Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed.
