1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is serving as a Lecturer in English (approved post) in Kishore Nagar College, Kishore Nagar, in the district of Cuttack. He has filed G.I.A Case No.655 of 2014 before the State Education Tribunal, Orissa, Bhubaneswar which is pending for last seven years. The petitioner is on the verge of his retirement. Hence, the petitioner prays for early disposal of the aforesaid G.I.A. Case.

4. In such view of the matter, the State Education Tribunal, Orissa, Bhubaneswar is directed to dispose of the said G.I.A. case filed by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt/ presentation of this order.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
