This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This interim application has been filed by petitioner no.3 Bhanu Pratap Lenka for extension of time to surrender in the Court below as per order dated 05.07.2022.

After hearing the learned counsel for the respective parties and taking into account the grounds

// 2 // taken in the interim application, I am inclined to extend the surrender date till 23.09.2022. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted to petitioner no.3 Bhanu Pratap Lenka.

The rest part of the order dated 05.07.2022 remains unaltered.
