1. Respondent No.8, whose appointment as Anganwadi Worker was unsuccessfully challenged in the writ petition out of which the present appeal arises, has been continuing as such since 2014 i.e. for more than 8 years. The Court would not in the circumstances disturb the status quo at this stage.

2. In that view of the matter, the Court leaves the question of law arising from the impugned order open for decision in some other appropriate case. The appeal is disposed of.
