Heard Mr. U.C. Dora, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Singh, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department.

During course of hearing, Mr. Dora wants to withdraw this writ petition in order to approach the Block Education Officer, Bhadrak (opposite party No.5) in tune with the provisions of the Odisha Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes (Regulation of Issuance and Verification of Caste Certificates) Act, 2012 for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner relating to continuance of Smt. Bhabi Nayak (opposite party No.7) as a teacher in Alauti Nodal High School, who according to him has got such job by using a caste certificate under Annexure-1, though she does not belong to the caste for which the said certificate has been
