Against the interim order dated 21.09.2016 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 3312(C) of 2016, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ petition.

Since the main case, i.e. WPC (OAC) No.3312 of 2016 is pending, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. In any case, the petitioner is granted liberty to pursue the main case. 4.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
