This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State-Vigilance.

The main grievance of the petitioner in the present application is that while the trial court examining eleven witnesses have been examined so far, it is alleged that the vigilance department is conducting further investigation against the petitioner. 4.
However, on instruction learned counsel for the Vigilance Department submits that the vigilance department is not conducting/investigating any enquiry and after completing investigation charge-sheet has been submitted by the vigilance department in the matter is final.

In such view of the matter, no further investigation is required

Accordingly, the CRLMC is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
