This Appeal has been filed assailing judgment and order dated 6th February, 2020 passed by learned District Judge, Gajapati at Paralakhemundi in Guardian Petition No.2 of 2019 appointing both the parents of the child as his legal guardian and directing them to admit the child in a reputed residential School within the civil jurisdiction of Paralakhemundi having right to visit the child and to take care of him by the parents. Parents are further directed to intimate the local Court, i.e., learned JMFC, Kashinagar regarding the development and progress of education of the child in every quarter for the best interest of the child till they settle their differences.

On last occasion, i.e., on 3rd August, 2022, none had also appeared to pursue the appeal. Accordingly, the matter stood adjourned to be listed today.

Since none appears to pursue the appeal, the same stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
