The grievance petition filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-1 is stated to be pending before the Grievance Redressal Forum- Opp. Party No.2 and as per Annexure- 2, it is found that, the aforesaid petition was heard for disposal within fifteen (15) days in the Electricity Lok Adalat on 06.06.2018. No order is stated to have yet been passed.

Regard being had to such facts and submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the Grievance Redressal Forum-
Opp. Party No.2, to dispose of the grievance petition of the petitioner vide Annexure- 1 on merit in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 5.
The petitioner is directed to supply a copy of the writ petition containing all the Annexures along with a copy of this Order to the Opp. Party No.2 for convenience & reference to Annexures- 1 & 2. 6.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 7.
