2. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for a direction to the Branch Manager, Canara Bank, Opposite Party, to dispose of the representation made by him, vide Annexure-1, within a stipulated period.

3. Mr. B.N. Udgata, learned counsel submits that he has instruction to appear on behalf of the Opposite Party-Bank in this matter but he has not filed any Vakalatanama. Mr. Udgata is directed to file the Vakalatanama in this matter.

4. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

5. Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party-Bank to take an informed and considered decision on the representation of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-1, not later than one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this
