The petitioner is in custody in connection with P.R. No. 430/202122 of EI & EB Unit-II (SD), Berhampur corresponding to 2(a) CC Case No.3 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Special Judge-cumSessions Judge, Ganjam, Berhampur for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act. 4.

Having regard to the fact that the seized contraband is more than commercial quantity, being 60 Kg of ganja, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected. 5.

BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
