2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order 28.12.2021 passed by the learned Ad hoc Addl. Sessions Judge, (FTSC), Bhubaneswar in T.R. Case No.223 of 2016 wherein the learned Ad hoc Addl. Sessions Judge has issued N.B.W. (A) against him.

4. It appears from Annexure-2 that the prayer of the Petitioner is pending before the court below as revealed from the order dated 9.3.2022 and the Petitioner having not stated to this Court what happened to the said petition, the Petitioner appears to have chosen both the forums simultaneously for quashment of the N.B.W.(A).

5. In such premises, this Court is not inclined to entertain this CRLMC and accordingly, the same stands dismissed. (S. Pujahari) Judge PKS
