Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This matter involves rejection of an Application for amendment to I.A. No.2/2019 at the instance of the present Petitioner.

In course of argument, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that argument involving I.A. Nos.1 & 2 of 2019 has already come to close and the order involving such Applications already reserved to 30.3.2022.

In the circumstance, this Court finds no scope for interfering in such impugned order. The CMP thus stands dismissed. Questions raised herein however may be kept open to be agitated and
