This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Tahasildar, Ganjam-Opposite Party No.5 to correct the R.O.R. in respect of Hal Khata No.62 corresponding to Sabik Khata No.34 situated in mouza Damodarpur under Ganjam Tahasil in the district of Ganjam.

In course of hearing, Ms. Patro, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to work out the remedy available under law.
