This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the record.

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "It is therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to set aside the impugned order passed by the Opp. Party Nos.2 and 3. Under Annexure-5;

And pass such other order/orders, direction/directions as this Hon'ble Court may be deemed fit and proper to impose."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that although the petitioner has filed representation highlighting his grievances dated 21.01.2022 under Annexure-6 before the Collector & District Magistrate, Puri-Opposite Party No.1, the same is still pending before

// 2 // the said Opposite parties and the said Opposite Parties have not taken any decision on the representation of the Petitioner as of now. 5.

Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties submits that he has no objection, if a direction is given to the authorities to consider the grievance petition of the petitioner in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission with a direction to the Collector & District Magistrate, Puri-Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.02.2022 under Annexure-6 in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Further the Opposite Party No.1 is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner and dispose of the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Any decision taken on the same shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of ten days thereafter. 7.

With the aforesaid direction/observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
