This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

In course of hearing, Mr. Niranjan Lenka, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that so far as the claim of the petitioner challenging the order passed by the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack dated 20.11.2014 in OA No. 3680 of 2014 is concerned, the petitioner does not want to press the said prayer. He further states that the petitioner has already filed representations vide Annexures-3 and 4 for fixation of gradation list, which is still pending. Therefore, direction may be given to the concerned authority to dispose of the same within a stipulated time.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representations filed by the petitioner vide Annexures-3 & 4 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
