This Writ Petition involves a notice of sale of immovable Order No.
property of the year 2006. Since the time period involving the notice has already expired, this Court finds, the notice at Annexure-7 cannot be worked out. This Court finds, the writ petition has become infructuous. It is, at this stage of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner wants to withdraw this Writ Petition. 2.
