This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

This Contempt Petition is filed alleging violation of this Court's order dated 01.09.2021, passed in W.P.(C) No.24147 of 2021.

Considering the submission made and as this Court finds, no purpose will be served in issuing notice in such matter, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Opposite PartyContemnors to work out the direction of this Court dated 01.09.2021, passed in W.P.(C) No.24147 of 2021, if not worked out in the meantime, within a period of two months from the date of service of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner, provided there is no legal impediment otherwise and file compliance report before the Registry of this Court within one week thereafter. It is made clear that in the event the order of this Court is not worked out
