Heard learned counsel for the opposite parties and perused the counter affidavit.

In paragraph-9 of the counter affidavit, it has been clearly stated that since the petitioners did not come within the zone of consideration, their cases could be considered.

On a conspectus of material on record, this Court is of the considered opinion that the writ petition is devoid of merit and the same is accordingly dismissed.
