Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners fairly states that there is already one tower installed and charged and in operational. The second tower is under construction.

Considering the statement made, this Court directs issuing notice on the question of admission. Let one extra copy of the Brief be served on the learned State Counsel appearing for O.P.1 and one copy on Mr.P.K.Parhi, learned DSGI appearing for O.P.2. Notice be issued to O.Ps.3 to 8 by Speed Post with A.D./Registered Post with A.D. Requisites be filed within three working days. This is an Application filed in Court seeking protection till disposal of the Writ Petition.

As an interim measure, it is directed that the tower already charged may be operational but the tower under construction may not be charged without leave of this Court.
